Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following conditions.
Consumers are natural persons who enter into a transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
Your Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) have taken possession of the last part of the delivery or the last item.

You may inform us by sending a clear statement (e.g., a letter or email) expressing your decision to withdraw from this contract.
It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
No fees will be charged for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Products containing living organisms (such as plants, cuttings, or seeds) are excluded from the right of withdrawal once their packaging or seal has been opened or damaged.
